Valerie L. Giglio

Attorney Valerie L. Giglio is a graduate of Salem State College and New England School of Law. She is committed to assisting consumers in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy matters.

Attorney Giglio is also a musician and owner of independent record label Palma Records as well as a music publishing company.   She is a voting member of The Recording Academy (Grammys), a composer and publisher member of ASCAP, and advises musicians on a variety of legal issues.  She was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of her Alma Mater Wakefield High School for her professional contributions in the artistic and legal field.

Mark Samson

Prior to forming Giglio and Samson, Attorney Mark Samson spent five years working for Riemer & Braunstein, LLP in Boston, where his practice included representing financial institutions in workout and litigation matters, and general corporate representation of closely held companies. 

Mark’s practice focuses on representing corporate clients, including restaurant owners and groups, and other businesses and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry. As an attorney with experience representing big banks and commercial institutions, and experience working closely with restaurant owners and in restaurants, Mark is able to deliver an unique level of understanding, commitment, and service to his clients.
